Refund policy
At Ria Rugs we take enormous pride in every piece we make. Because each piece is handcrafted individually and made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on the basis of change of mind.
However your satisfaction genuinely matters to us. If your piece arrives damaged or there is a fault with your order please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@riarugs.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage and we will make it right.
We offer the following resolutions for damaged or faulty items — a full replacement piece, a store credit, or a full refund at our discretion depending on the circumstances.
