Shipping policy

All Ria Rugs are handmade to order. Production begins immediately after your purchase is placed, and due to the custom, handmade nature of each piece, all orders are final and cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded once submitted.

Please allow 7 to 14 business days for your piece to be created and prepared prior to dispatch. As each item is individually crafted, production and shipping timelines may occasionally be extended.

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are 7 to 10 business days. Please note that these are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier conditions.

All orders are securely packaged to ensure safe transit. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled or collected by Ria Rugs.
